Yudanshakai Meeting Results

The semi-annual Northwest Yudanshakai meeting was held following the Pacific Judo Tournament in Spokane, Washington on April 27, 2002.

We were honored to have the USJF President, Mr. Noboru Saito, as a visitor this weekend. Mr. Saito commented on the current growth in USJF membership and development efforts.

Upcoming events of note:

Test for local and regional referee's certification at the Budokan Tournament on May 25
Plan to attend a "Strategic Planning" meeting in conjunction with the Budokan Tournament as the Northwest Yudanshakai gears up for the future
There will be a junior development clinic on June 8
A gashuku is tentatively planned for June 15
